Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed on this website and via telephone to our online sales department on 0114 349 7213. They don’t affect your statutory rights and by continuing to use this website you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. Interior Envy Ltd reserves the right to amend or alter these conditions at any time.


Definitions:

  • “Conditions” means the terms & conditions set out in this document.

  • “Buyer” / “Customer” / “You” means the person who buys or agrees to buy products from the seller.

  • “Seller” means Interior Envy Ltd (Registered in England and Wales, company No 16557052) located at St Mary's Retail Park, Fornham Street, Suffolk Lane, Sheffield, S2 4AL

  • “Bespoke” / “Made To Order” these are goods made especially for the buyer in configuration, type or finish and will be clearly stipulated as such on the website.

  • “Diminished value” means any value loss of an item due to condition, age, or demand change. This includes packaging.

  • “Product(s)” means the items described and available for purchase on our website.

  • “Working Day” means any weekday excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • “Writing” or “Written” includes emails.


1. Payments & Orders

1.1 You may pay in full or via interest-free credit. Payment is taken upon order submission. Payment does not mean the order is accepted; if we can’t accept it, we’ll refund you. Full balance must be paid before delivery. No personal or company cheques accepted.

1.2 Our online transactions are authenticated by secure payment protocols (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

1.4 You’ll receive a confirmation email after ordering. If not, contact us immediately. Email/SMS updates follow.

1.5 Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur. Interior Envy Ltd is not responsible for losses caused by reasonable or unforeseen delivery delays.

1.6 Made To Order Items: These require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Usually 6+ weeks to make. No returns or refunds for buyer error or change of mind.

1.7 If there’s a pricing error on the website, we’ll notify you. If we can’t reach you within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

1.8 Interior Envy Ltd may refuse, cancel, or modify orders if a pricing error is found—even if an order confirmation or payment was issued.


2. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

2.1 Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015, you may cancel an order within 14 days, excluding certain products (see 2.7).

2.2 Notification must be in writing within 14 days of delivery for any return request.

2.3 If the item is not faulty, the buyer is responsible for return costs. Interior Envy Ltd can arrange a collection at cost.

2.4 Keep all original packaging. Items must be returned in resaleable condition. Check items upon delivery and do not sign unless fully satisfied.

2.5 You have a duty of care. If items are damaged or lost during return transit, or returned in poor condition, refunds may be refused.

2.6 Refunds are processed once items are inspected and approved. Refunds take up to 21 days and will be returned via the original payment method.

2.7 Excluded Items

  • Bespoke / Made To Order: Non-refundable once ordered. Subject to 50–100% cancellation fee. Not returnable under Consumer Rights Act.

  • Mattresses: Non-returnable if unsealed. Faulty ones can be replaced or repaired.

  • Flat-Pack Items: Non-returnable if assembled or damaged during attempted assembly. Check items thoroughly before assembling.


4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery may be handled by independent couriers or pallet services (kerbside delivery only).

4.2 By ordering, you agree we may share your contact info with couriers. An adult (18+) must sign for delivery.

4.3 Inspect items before signing. Do not accept deliveries with damaged packaging unless you’re satisfied the contents are intact. Interior Envy Ltd is not liable after signed delivery.

4.4 Ensure access to the delivery location. Measure spaces, doorways, and stairs in advance. Interior Envy Ltd is not responsible for delivery issues due to access limitations.

4.5 Failed Deliveries: If you’re not present or don’t accept delivery, we may charge £50 or full delivery cost. If delivery is refused or delayed, risk passes to you. Storage or resale fees may apply. We are not liable for delays caused by courier issues or weather.


5. Item Specifics & Pricing

5.1 Colours may vary between website and actual product. Fabric/leather samples may differ slightly from final product.

5.2 Made To Order: Buyers are solely responsible for their choices. No refunds or exchanges for mistakes or change of mind.

5.3 We strive for accuracy but errors may happen. If pricing or product info is incorrect, we’ll fix it but aren’t obliged to honour incorrect pricing.


6. Defects

6.1 Defective goods must be reported in writing per Section 4.3.

6.2 We will first attempt to repair defects. If not possible, we’ll offer a replacement. A refund is only offered if repair or replacement is not feasible.

Note: We are not liable for damage during third-party international shipping.


Miscellaneous Provisions

  • This contract is governed by English law.

  • English is the only contract language.

  • All products are for domestic use. Business use requires written safety certifications and appropriate insurance.

  • Our maximum liability to business users is the replacement value of the product. We do not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Interior Envy Ltd and its delivery providers are not liable for delays beyond our control.

  • Website and terms may be modified at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes agreement to updated terms.

  • We recommend printing and saving a copy of these terms for your records.
