Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed on this website and via telephone to our online sales department on 0114 349 7213. They don’t affect your statutory rights and by continuing to use this website you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. Interior Envy Ltd reserves the right to amend or alter these conditions at any time.
Definitions:
“Conditions” means the terms & conditions set out in this document.
“Buyer” “Customer” You means the person who buys or agrees to buy products from the seller.
“Seller” means Interior Envy Ltd (Registered in England and Wales, company No 16557052) located at St Mary Retail Park, Suffolk Lane, S2 4AL.
“Bespoke” these are goods that are made to order especially for the buyer in configuration, type or finish and will be clearly stipulated as made to order / bespoke on the website.
“Diminished value” means the amount of value loss of any item due to a change in the condition, age or demand associated with the item. This includes the packaging.
“Product(s)” means the Item(s), which are available for purchase, and described, on our Website;
“Working Day” means any week day excluding public holidays; and weekends.
“Writing” or “Written” in these terms, includes email(s).
1: Payments & Orders
1.1 Depending on the particular product(s) ordered, you may pay in full, or request to pay using interest-free credit. Your chosen payment type will be charged when you submit your order whether you are paying in full or have only chosen to pay by finance application. Taking payment does not mean we have accepted your order. If we cannot accept your order, we will refund any payment made. Full payment must be made prior to receiving any goods. No cheques accepted.
1.2 Paying In Full: Our online transactions are authenticated by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code™, or American Express Safekey®.
1.3 Pay Via Finance: We have partnered with Klarna to offer pay-in-3 interest-free instalments.
1.4 Once you place your order, we send you an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this, please contact us immediately.
1.5 Delivery lead times are estimates. Interior Envy Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
1.6 Bespoke items require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit and typically take 12+ weeks.
1.7 If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel your order.
1.8 Interior Envy Ltd will have the right to refuse, cancel, modify, or correct any order placed at an incorrect price. If you have already paid, we will refund you.
2: Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
2.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have a cooling-off period for most distance-purchased items (see exclusions in 2.7).
2.2 If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must notify us in writing within 14 days.
2.3 If returning for reasons other than being defective, you must arrange and pay for the return. Alternatively, Interior Envy Ltd can arrange a collection and charge the direct cost of the collection.
2.4 Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and in fully resaleable condition. You must inspect your items before signing for delivery.
2.5 You have a duty of care until the item is returned. Interior Envy Ltd cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
2.6 Refunds are issued only after the goods are inspected. Refunds can take up to 21 days.
2.7 – Excluded Items
Bespoke / Made-to-Order
No cancellations are accepted. Minimum 50% cancellation charge. If manufacturing has begun, the charge may be up to 100%.
Mattresses
No returns once opened due to hygiene. Faulty mattresses will be repaired or replaced only.
Flat-Pack Furniture
No returns once assembly has been attempted.
4: Delivery
4.1 Deliveries are made by independent furniture carriers. Pallet deliveries are curbside only.
4.2 Customer contact details are shared with delivery agents for the purpose of delivering your order. Interior Envy Ltd will not be liable for loss, damage, or injury at the time of delivery.
4.3 You must inspect your items before signing. Once signed, responsibility transfers to you.
4.4 It is your responsibility to ensure suitable access for delivery.
4.5 If you are not present for an agreed delivery, Interior Envy Ltd may charge a minimum of £50 up to the full delivery cost. Goods may be stored at your cost if delivery cannot be completed.
5: Item Specifics & Pricing
5.1 Colours may vary slightly from images or samples. Batch variation is possible.
5.2 You are responsible for selecting coverings, colours, and models for bespoke items.
5.3 While we aim for accuracy, errors can occur. Interior Envy Ltd is not obligated to supply goods at an incorrect price.
6: Defects
6.1 Any defect must be reported to Interior Envy Ltd in writing in accordance with section 4.3.
6.2 If damage is discovered, we must be allowed to inspect and attempt repair. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be offered.
Miscellaneous
English law applies. Products are for domestic use only unless agreed otherwise. Liability is limited as permitted by law. Interior Envy Ltd is not responsible for consequential losses. We reserve the right to modify the website or these terms at any time.
